The Quesadillas are my favorite, not so much the Gorditas because the Gordita corn shells are way too thick, but the Quesadilla shell is just right, done on the spot. The restaurant has MULTITUDE of food filling choices. My favorite Quesadilla is the one stuffed with Cheese, pork Tinga in red sauce and suculent cooked, chopped up Cactus paddles...SCRUMPTIOUS"
